This Friday we will meet  at caracalla to run 1 km in silence in his memory.  Please show up at 6:30 and we will run at 7:01pm.  

Ci incontriamo alle 6:30 Venerdi per correre insieme in silenzio per un kilometro all Terme di Caracalla.
In the future we will look at running a 1/2 marathon and possibly a Marathon to help raise funds.  More to follow.
In futuro vogliamo anche correre una mezza maratona e poi una maratona insieme per raccogliere fondi per la ricerca contro il cancro al pancreas.....
